I know everyone has their bad days, so I have given this place numerous chances. Tonight we called and ordered a pizza at 7:10. Went to pick it up at 7:30 (we will no longer order delivery from this location, but that's a whole other story.) The lady working said there was no record of an order placed, even though you can clearly see on our call history we placed an order. Didn't apologize, ask if she could make it right, or even ask if we wanted to go ahead and order it again. Everytime the workers are rude and make it seem like it's an inconvenience to do their job, and 9 times out of 10 something is wrong with our order. I love the food but bad customer service is a huge turn off.

Ordered dinner from here tonight, it was our first time ordering, we were looking for some fun. We asked them to write a joke in the box, and boy did they deliver we laughed the whole way home. Food was great, if you're looking for some good food and a laughing fit ask for a joke and be open for anything. We will certainly be going back .

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and there wasn't any chicken on it and there was so much ranch on it the bread was soaked.there was so much bacon bits on it n one spot it looked like the person doing the subs wasn't paying attention to their job.if i could download a picture on this review I would show u the sub.it looks like someone threw up on bread!!
