Clinical staff was caring. I received treatment with an x-ray much quicker than I would have had I gone to an ER, which was my reason for going. Received my referral for physical therapy and am happy with the results. Will use them again when my PCP isn't available in a timely manner.

No, no, no ..... Not sure why there are any reviews here with more than 1 star... I decided after 10 days of feeling sick (cold, flu, don't know) it was time to make sure I was not getting something serious. I drove over to the walk in clinic on Warren Ave and there were no parking spaces so I figured they must be full. I remembered seeing a walk in clinic near Shaw's. I arrived to find only 5 cars in the parking area so I thought I must have caught them in a lull. I walked in and no one was in the waiting area, just two people in line for the receptionist. The receptionist was very rude to the old lady and then to the patient in front of me. When it was my turn she sarcastically said, "Let me guess, you have a cough and runny nose?" I brushed it off and asked if she knew how long the wait will be and she said "Well, let me guess; it is flu season"(or cold-I forget) I smiled, said thank you, and walked out the door. I drove over to the walk in clinic on Warren avenue and it was standing room only. As soon as I walked in the door the receptionist said "Hello, how may I help you?" The wait was extremely long and I decided not to stay and the receptionist said "Thank you, I hope you feel better" . I understand it must get frustrating and overwhelming when you are seeing a "gazillion" people a day and probably for the same reason this time of year, but there is no need to treat people with disrespect. If it was her odd sense of humor, well....you are in a patient care business where people are not feeling well. Please consider that when talking to sick people. As someone else said; no wonder this place has only 2.4 stars.

They take forever. Had flu and waited well over 2 hrs for doctor. Don't feel good and don't want to sit there as they forget about you!

I read all of the reviews, and it’s hard to make a decision when they’re all so mixed and mostly people said the service was hit or miss. So...I decided to go and try it out. Normally I go to the one in N Providence, but this was literally like right down the road from me. My daughter had a stomach bug and stayed home from school. I decided to bring her in because Pepto wasn’t doing anything and she was really uncomfortable. It took them 30 minutes just to register us in- AFTER I filled out the paper work and gave them insurance info. Fast forward an hour later and my daughter is finally triaged. After being triaged, we were told to go wait back out in the waiting room, that they’d call us when the Dr was ready to see her. Fast forward ANOTHER hour and we are finally called back into an exam room. Mind you now, this is 2 and a half hours later from when we came in. Dr finally came in and quickly introduced himself, asked what was going on, and then when I attempted to answer, he cut me off and told my daughter to lay down and let him feel her belly. More rushed talking and my kid was feeling better by now anyway, he said she’d be fine and that he’d write her a note for school, shock giving direction for small amounts of food for the rest of the day and plenty of fluids. After that, he said he’d return with the note for school, but that was 20 minutes ago, and we are STILL HERE WAITING. That’s all we need, is a note and we can free up the room for another patient who has probably been waiting just as long. This is absolutely ridiculous. I mean nice people and all, but definitely does not set the mood that a health practice should have. I get that it’s busy and maybe this place is understaffed, but you’re still in the practice and business of health care. Should not be taken lightly no matter how serious or not the patient’s condition is. The triage nurse was more than awesome. Very caring and actually was apologetic about the wait time. Too bad she isn’t the manager. Hit or miss, then definitely missed today.

The doctor was very nice, the office is kind of old and outdated. No wait at all to be seen for a broken pinky.
