You are cordially welcome to East Ridge Family Dentistry. Dr. Kole Krasniqi and his gentle staff will provide you with the highest quality of care utilizing the latest technology and refined skills. The recently expanded and renovated office provides patients with a comfortable experience while receiving expert treatment from carefully trained staff. Dr. Krasniqi strives for excellence by continuing his education, keeping up to date on all new information and techniques as it is released. Patients are offered a complimentary beverage upon check in. Adjoining the reception area is the new children's play room equipped with 2 flat screen TVs and gaming systems . During your treatment you can watch television and relax with a soft warm towel when you are finished. We work with all insurance companies and the staff will be happy to do a complimentary insurance benefits profile for you during your visit as well as reviewing the variety of financing options available.

I was honestly terrified going in to this office based off of my past encounters with other dentist offices(not associated to this one in any way). I can say without a doubt, I have never in my life, my whole life, felt more completely and utterly comfortable with a dental office in my life. Warm, caring, sensitive to my feelings, conditions, and plan of care. This office goes above and beyond. I'm truly glad I came and will be returning for years to come. Thank you all so Much!

My 7 year old daughter lost several of her baby teeth at one time a few months ago. On this morning while she was eating breakfast she panicked because one of her teeth was bleeding. After looking I was also in a panic because I thought the tooth wiggling in her mouth was one of her adult teeth. Called the office and told them what had happened and they were able to get us in right away that day. When we went in I was so nervous for my little girl....What would she do without this tooth? How would they replace it? How much would this cost?? When we got there we were greeted by the staff, and they took us back for her exam. Kelsie has worked with my daughter multiple times in the past, and came in to take a peek. Pulled up her chart, and very quickly was able to determine that this was not a permanent tooth. This was a baby tooth that she had not lost yet. THANK GOODNESS!!! I am so grateful to the staff and Dr K for getting us in, and settling our nerves that day. I've been with their office since the early days, and have never had a bad experience. They always take the time to answer my questions, and show genuine compassion when needed. Nichole is amazing, and I look forward to visiting with her every 6 months for my cleaning and check ups.

The staff at Eastridge Family Dentistry are all welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place!

Very thorough cleaning and crown replacement. Very happy with the friendly staff. Dr. K explained everything before he performed the procedure and was very thorough. Our family loves going here!

East Ridge Family Dentistry is great! They are very friendly and professional. Dr. Krasniqi is very nice and also very knowledgeable and professional. Going to the dentist is a pleasant experience here.
