The younger guy with dark/black hair and the woman with dark/black hair that's pulled into a low pony, are extremely rude. Their customer service skills are terrible. If they dislike their job or can't show kindness to ALL customers then they really should look for a job that doesn't involve working with the public. I heard Sunrise in Oscoda is hiring people with piss poor attitudes such as the ones these two have. Everyone else I have dealt with, have been nice. These two are the only two who have had attitudes.
