The customer service are rude and disrespectful. For those that have to bank here just use the mobile bank. It saves time and hassle

Horrible customer service. I HATE that my company banks here so I have no choice but to come in to do deposits...Rude,no people skills ..waited in line 20min then someone walks up to the teller and says I have a deposit .Nevermind there are people waiting in line..Jerks,no Hi?? Nothing!!! 1 star is too much...you sux East West Bank !!!

 My account has enough available cash but they decline to withdraw, such a wall-hole bank hiring a branch of rude H1B Mainlanders.
