Only $20.00 You can sleep over night and have a good sauna. They got a Korean restaurant, massage and barber service.

It definitely is not a place for a gentleman. The owner/operator is rude, and over all service is a failure. They had to use carry on pump to pump out the waste water on the first floor! Do not be lured by the look of the building outside.

Xenophobia is prevalent here, I lived in se Asia for years. Same same yelled at by lady for what? I'm American oooops go back to Korea do NOT abrogate my citizen rights in my free country... USA is still best...

I implore you to visit a different K-Town Spa. There are many and they want your business. If I can dissuade just one person from paying money to this place I will consider it a personal victory. Despicable-Disrespectful-Disgraceful-Deplorable That is how I was treated January 2nd 2017 at 8PM by the lady working the front desk. I laid my $15 down on the counter and she placed it on the lower part of the counter. She says “Spa” and I say “Yes” and she contemptuously rolls the locker key to me and says “be out by 10”. I said “what, you got to be kidding me?” She than takes my $15 dollars from the lower counter and places it on the upper counter. We had a few more words and the punchline is if I stayed past 10, she was requiring an additional $20.00. My intention was to use the gym and take a soak in the tub and be gone by 11ish. Sometimes it’s difficult to convey the true experience of something in mere words, but I can genuinely validate the seething contempt I felt from this lady. The background is: for the past 5 years I have had a K-Town Spa membership at a place I love and where I am treated very well in spite of being one of a few non-Korean members. I have built true friendships there. This particular Spa was closed over the holiday for renovations. It’s an annual thing. A few of the members suggested I try East West because it’s close to our home spa and would be open over the holiday. I will never walk into this place again and make sure no one I know goes there either.

They do not honor the prices they have posted. Front desk lady is very rude. Spend the extra 5.00 and go to wii spa much cleaner. Men's showers are also pretty dirty and steam room has bad odor.
