The most ridiculous place ever. Both times I went I had to wait nearly two hours. The doctors and hygienist of great, the problem is everyone else. Spoke to someone named Linda today that told me I don’t decide what happens to me, the doctor does. Ok Linda. Insane!!! 52 one star reviews? Don’t go unless your insurance isn’t really accepted anywhere like mine.

Very disorganized office wait time no less than an hour and then wait again during the appointment and yes wait again to discuss insurance and billing if you need another appointment guess again wait expend to spend two hours for a check up.  Today I could not wait anymore pulled my records 3 less patients.  The office manager needs job training and customer service skills.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I called in to make an appointment and the lady was really nice and made it. Great right? Okay. So the week of the appointment I called to confirm my appointment and make another appointment for my aunt. However, they NEVER pick up. And they don't call back either. I would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY!

I did not want to put a one there should be an option for zero. I have been going here over 10 years and the last two years have been a nightmare. I've been calling because they sent me a bill for someone else's dental work (can you say hippa). I tried to be nice and call but the office manger will never get on the phone. There used to be a number for the corporate office that they took off the site. I'm looking into other options of reporting this since they can't seem to correct it and the office manager is not even concerned enough to take my call. I bet she will take the call after I report this. Don't go here it has gotten horrible in the last two years.
