Just had my mom's funeral there..before the service I had some questions..my dad and I tried for 2 days to speak to someone..called and left msg and no one returned our calls..my dad even called the man who handled the arrangements for him and he never returned his call..I even drove by there and knocked on the doors..then they published the wrong times, so when it was supposed to be private family time an hour before everyone, we were bombarded with people coming in and we never got our time with my mom...my mom's funeral was paid in full several years ago, so I'm guessing since they didn't have to do any extra work to guarantee payment all their compassion and organizations went out the window..even before my mom's death she had tried several times to speak to someone and no one would return her calls..they already had their money..I can promise Eastern Gate one thing, they won't handle another funeral for this family!!!!!!!
