Nice enough staff, but we had to correct several mistakes in billing and ordering food over a couple of years.
Not at all good with euthanasia comfort.  Very matter-of-fact, and even though we had a euthanasia appointment, the receptionist was confused and thought we were there for  vaccinations and then asked loudly why we were there, causing others in the waiting room to look over at us sadly. She then said, "We'll be with you when we can."
Had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, crying.
In Pennsylvania, when we had to put our poodle, and later our cat down, we were privately taken back into a room, and received a heartfelt handwritten sympathy card from the veterinarian.
Being fairly new to the area, we love it, and are perplexed as to why this experience was so terrible.  Other vet clinics seem to "get it" better than Eastern Shore. I hope they improve their show of compassion to grieving clients.

I am horrified by the way the staff/veterinarian treated my parents who came in to have their beloved dog put down yesterday.  Not one of them ever said "I'm sorry" or showed the least bit of compassion or sympathy.  Not only that, but they made my poor, grieving parents wait for 30-40 minutes (my mother crying) before they finally took the dog.  This is in stark contrast to the wonderful treatment I experienced at my vet here in New York State.  I was IMMEDIATELY ushered into a private room as soon as I arrived, with a soft towel and flowers spread out on the table.  The staff and vet spoke to me in hushed, respectful tones, their eyes full of compassion.  Had I not been heartbroken, I would have felt like royalty, considering the deference they paid me.  They even sent me a bouquet of flowers the next day with a thoughtful card!  That is what I call class!  Eastern Shore should take note.  They may have to perform euthanasia all the time and are used to it, but they need to remember that each instance is someone's beloved furry family member.

The best vet hospital in our area.
 They took care of our dogs for 12 years.
 They saved our dogs, literally at least  three times (Lyme's disease, pancreatitis, Ehrlichiosis ).
 When we had our emergencies  they were able to take us in the same day. 
When time came to put our lab down a month ago at nearly 12 years old they handled it very professionally.

Very friendly people! Gave me peace of mind when I took my cats there. Extremely clean. Helpful with any and all questions I had about my pets. Wish I could give more stars ✨

Received excellent service from Vet techs and from the Veterinarian that saw my friends cat. They also presented an estimate prior to treatment. Very professional and the cost for services was reasonable.
