Very shabby. So glad to be gone. In fact, I'm glad to be out of El Cajon, altogether. One plus about Eastern Trailer Park was Mike, the manager of the place. Whenever something came up, he'd get it taken care of pretty quickly and that was a good thing to know. It was a good thing to have: a place one could get in, to live in a not-that-expensive place, as opposed to some vastly overpriced apt. run by greedy jerks as well as the fact that, even though we're talking about El friggin' Cajon, these shysters expected you to be making 3 x the rent! Even if what you're making was more than enough to pay their OVERPRICED, extortionate rent! Ugh. But, I guess this is more a comment on the lack of quality that is El Cajon: literally, "the box" in Spanish...an apt name for the town. Like living in a coffin! You're better off living in La Mesa, or, better yet, in San Diego, though SD is no great place either. Much better off going back to Los Angeles!

The Eastern trailer park is the cutest most well kept park around. The manager Lori is very friendly and helpful. She does her best to assist with any questions or concerns you might have. I couldn't ask for a better renting experience.

My mom and dad have lived here for years glad mom is finally getting out of there!! Mike is Mike he never gave me a hard time but can't say that for others he once tried to have my wife's car towed after dropping off my dad from a doctor's appointment and has been a real a hole to any guests mom has had over and has caused lot's of stress that contribute to my dad's heart problems and not to mention that I've seen pest control services trying to get rid of bed bugs good luck on that!! so just glad mom is going to have more freedom in a new place can't wait for that so goodbye and good riddance to you Mike.... If I could give a no star I would really unappealing place!
