This is a racist court all the up and down. I was sent to jail for 45 days for  an offence that was over 10 years old and was dismissed by the previous judge. Guards ordered that I pay no fines or cost because of the jail time but I still owe this court...How is that even possible.

Horrible overcrowded court with the most rudest clerks who will look down on you and get as much money as possible. And magistrate Karen haydette and judge Carl gerds have been investigated many times for pay or go to jail, and if you are a minority you will definetly go to jail. Stay away from this corrupt city

The absolute worst judges Carl gerds and Karen haydette. If you are poor they will put you in jail, if you are a minority they will put you in jail. Karen looks like a witch and Carl is a thug that has been investigated by the ACLU numerous times. And the court staff treat people like they are beneath them.
