This is the closest library to me and I hate to give it such a low ranking, but there are a few caveats that keep me from coming here. 

1) Hours of operation: They only open to the public after school hours (3pm). This is the biggest disappointment because my whole morning is wasted if I wait until 3pm. 
2) Noise: The library also serves the high school library, so expect the noise of chatty high school kids waiting for their rides after school.  
3) Location: If coming here at 3, you might be faced with issues of traffic from parents picking up kids, not only at the HS, but the adjacent schools that get around the same time.
