Story

Eastwood Field is a minor league baseball stadium located in Niles, Ohio, United States. It is currently the home of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, a Cleveland Indians affiliate in the New York–Penn League.HistoryEastwood Field opened for the season, when the Erie SeaWolves franchise was relocated to Niles upon the granting of an expansion Eastern League franchise to Erie. With an official seating capacity is 6,000, the park was originally known as Cafaro Field, named for William M. Cafaro, founder of the real estate developer the Cafaro Company. The name was changed to Eastwood Field in 2003 to match the Eastwood Mall, a Cafaro property on U.S. Route 422, behind which the ballpark was built. On August 14, 2012, the stadium hosted the 2012 New York-Penn All Star Game. In 2015, the Fall Experimental Football League announced the Boston Brawlers franchise would relocate and play its home games at Eastwood Field as the Mahoning Valley Brawlers, however, the team would cease operations prior to its first game.

It's amazing!! What a nice night to go to a Ball game without driving 2 hours there and back. Eastwood field is only 30 minutes away for us. I love how nice everyone is and how secure it is. They really take the time to make you feel important. Glad that the Scrappers are here.

Baseball like it was when I was a kid, without pretentious salaries and egos...a small town feel, not a bad seat in the place, friendly and helpful staff, clean restrooms, family oriented and some entertaining games with spectator contestants to keep it fun. The "build the cheesburger" competition gets an A+ for creativity! $3 for parking is a good deal and unheard of in sports and the ticket prices are unbelievably inexpensive, but the only small negative I have is that the concession prices are in line with pro sports. There are a lot of options for eating and they did look good, but you probably don't want to come hungry or thirsty unless you have deep pockets. We've been there a number of times over the years, and I really encourage you to go and support a wonderful local, family friendly venue in which to watch America's Pastime. We'll go back!

Exferience. The line was awful, it was an hour and a half wait you couldnt smoke and everytime we got out of line to go to the bathroom people were trying to cut us even though the rest of our group was still in line. There were guys in line 2 clowns and a water boy? To kind keep people entertained. We finally go in and start the adventure... There were 5 different scenes they were okay not the scariest thing ive ever seen the only time i was actually scared was when some one jumped out of this really thick fog in one of the scenes where its kinda hard to breath . This wasent the worst but wasent the best either

I didn't like the whole setup. It was hard for people with strollers and for some elderly who have difficulty going up and down steps. The stands were too far apart. It was nothing like the location in Boardman. Nothing for the kids to do water on the upper floor. You couldn't hear anything that was being announced. I have always enjoyed going but it was a total disappointment. I'll never go back if it's held there. Just wasn't an enjoyable time. Sorry if Carfaro gave that much to out Walmart. You asked my opinion and you got it. Not that it really means anything because I'm only one person but I did get the same consensus from quite a few people. I really hope you go back to Boardman

Love the game, team, seats and field. Service is extremely slow. Really long lines. Took 4 innings to get 1 beer. Clearly not enough workers. Also, they used to do something fun after every inning but stopped all the family fun stuff.
