just because its Easy to buy a car from Easy Auto isn't worth all the trouble, you cant drive a broken down car because it will break down. I got a car from them a year ago since then I've had to put in so much money into the car, I asked them if they were sure the car was good before hand they said yes knowing I was a single mother of 3 kids.... Morgan your COOL THO:)

I bought a vw bug from EZAUTO (EASY AUTO SALES) great salesmen in the beginning , they said anything wrong we will fix it (NOT). So many things went wrong with this car. Ahh they were soo nice in the beginning. Brought my car to them as they requested, said they ordered the part, then said oh sorry the part arrived broken. We will order another part says their owner. Never did that months and months went by. Just bad business, you won't be happy in the end. So it's been a couple years and I had to dump the vw and took a big loss. ( THIS WAS JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR I HAVE EVER HAD). i HAD TO CLICK ON 1 STAR JUST TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS!! IF I HAD TO REALLY GIVE EASYAUTO A STAR IT WOULD BE MINUS 20 STARS!! Very great when it came to purchasing my vehicle. However they told me that if anything went wrong they would replace it no worries. They were supposed to order a latch to open the hood because the sales man admitted to breaking it. That's never been fixed. On my way home from buying the car it died and I had to have it jump started. The battery was bad. Then the tire was flat when I bought it and we filled it they said take it to Big O and they will replace it. It was unreplaceable and needed a new tired they (easy auto) would only pay half and I had to cover the rest. The mechanic found a crack in my exhaust manifold and it's been a month since they were going to order the part and still can not find out if they even ordered it. Their customer service is terrible and promises on call backs that never happen. Now my bearings are bad and when I asked my sales man about if that's something I can bring in and get fixed through them he ignored me and then changed the subject. It's been a mess and a headache from hell. If you are going to by from them get the car looked at by a different mechanic first! I would never recommend anyone to them. I went in talked to "Nick the owner who refunded me half a tire and the cost of the exhaust manifold. He laughed at me when I tried getting him to look at my back tires that are bald and he swears new tires where put on. So now since I got my car I've replaced my transmission mount, exhaust manifold, battery, now 3 tires because my back two blew this morning, I've replaced the clutch, slave cylinder, the starter, the flywheel. And still have to replace the o2 sensor and ignition coils, and struts, also have to do a alignment because it's all messed up. This car had to have been wrecked. These guys are a joke. Said they would fix anything if anything broke and have not. They told me I need to understand that they are out to make money. And I found out they wrongfully reported to Equitable finance the mileage on the car when they sold it to me, reported to them they sold it at 84k miles when it was really at 123k miles when I bought it. I'm getting a lawyer, this is fraud and a total lemon vehicle. They should have never bought it let alone sold it to anyone, it's extremely unsafe. Definitely learned my lesson even if I had no option and have to jump into a vehicle to be way more cautious. They've tried telling me to take down review because they refunded me $350 but that is ridiculous.
