Please DO NOT give this company your business!!! This place is such a joke. I wish I would have looked up reviews before bringing my business here. Because I never would have if I'd known the kind of place this is. They rip you off! When we initially signed up for a complete bedroom set and a kitchen table. Day of arrival they inform us that they are missing our two bed night stands. Not to worry though they would be delivered in a couple weeks. We agree because what's the big deal waiting a couple weeks? Well we are not going on 5 months and still no tables!!!! Nobody bothered calling us to tell us they wouldn't be here or give us reasons why. Instead we call them once a month only to be told it will be later. Every time. it is disgusting how they treat their customers. They don't give a f*** about us. We had made every single payment on time until recently when we have gone online to make our payments and the website is "down" all day until 12am then you can all of a sudden make your payment and add on another $20 late fee. Call to tell them we had been trying all day and the website was "down" well there's nothing they will do about it. This has happened twice now. We both work full time and live in Richmond so there's now way we can go down there every two weeks to make payments. That is why online was designed. Well now the website is always down until 12 am. Seems fishy. Now we are stuck with the stupid company until our furniture is paid off. Otherwise we are out a thousand bucks if we send our stuff back. Like I said PLEASE DO NOT bring your business here. There are other companies that let you rent to own furniture.

Always reasonable with getting you what you want. Waved the late payment fees when I was in the hospital. Luke and Natalie are always a pleasure to deal with :3

Worst customer service I have ever had. I run a business myself and could never imagine handling situations and customers in such an appalling manner. Do not bring your business here.
