They bought all my old games that I don't play...including a game that a staffer forked over cash for...and they got a hard to find game in for me. The only downside: They don't give $$$ for games only store credit. Why guys? That's annoying. 
Friendly staff. Quick transactions. If they don't have it, they can often get it for you, fast.

Drove from Port Hope to This EB Games location to buy a Nintendo Switch. Chris was extremely helpful in my purchase and reccomended some extras like the screen protector. I had a very pleasant experience with this location.

I understand that I was underage to buy a mature rated game, but when I asked if there was a way to buy it one staff member in particular was actually quite rude to me and not very helpful at  all. I love the store because it is so close to where I live, but Justine was quite rude and actually ruined the rest of my day. Going to best buy from now on, and yeah, she was that rude and upsetting to me.
