Sheryl Bentley @ Ebby Halliday was the listing agent on my home in Anna but, after 60 days of poor performance I terminated the Agreement.  When I listed my home with Sheryl I provided her with the original survey.  She said she would make copies and give it back to me but, I never saw the survey again.  When I asked for the survey Sheryl told me the title company had the survey and had mailed it to me. I immediately called the title company to confirm but, they had not even spoken to Sheryl about my survey and said they never received it from her.  Sheryl agreed to pay for a replacement survey but, when I sent her the receipt showing my payment of $399 for the replacement survey she went back on her word and refused to pay.  Sheryl was slow to respond and seemed to not have a clue of the status of my home during the sales process.  ***UPDATE***  I had to call Sheryl's manager and the Ebby Halliday corporate but, after threatening legal action they agreed I was owed the $399 and cut a check.
