Went out for tube float 2017 and this was such a perfect spot the staff is so friendly. And the bar staff even better had a wonderful experience and I will be going back!

I absolutely love my little home away from home. As a homeowner in this park we see our great management team and staff go above and beyond what's expected of them. They do whatever they can to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. I seen a recent review from a weekend camper complaining about the pool and the management. I personally seen our manager jump through hoops to accommodate this lady's demands. I guess she thought glamping was more like a luxury 5 star hotel. Then at the end of her stay wanted her money back. Next time go to Vegas lady. Stay out of Parker. We like fun easygoing people who don't create unnecessary problems. Keep up the great work John and Amey!

Horrible place, ran down pool smelled like rotten eggs and looked like a swamp!  Restaurant is the manager Johns hideout to get drunk so he can laugh in your face when you address your family's disappointment. 
The pictures on the internet are a total bait and switch! Stay clear of this dump

Love, love, love this spot! The views, beach and staff were all great. Only problem is the Wi-Fi, I could only get a signal near the pool area. I needed to connect to my office in the mornings and couldn't make that happen without going over to the pool area. They need a stronger wi-fi signal.
