Excellent, at first I was impressed with the facility in general but figured it would be very crowded which it has not been at all. The staff is friendly and genuinely pleasant all four times I have arrived. By far the best care wash experience and value I have seen.

***UPDATE:  Eco fired the manager who wasn't returning our calls, and the new manager who was hired to replace him responded immediately to our claim and reimbursed us fully.****

Earlier this year their machinery ripped the back bumper off of my minivan while it was going through the car wash.  The manager was very nice and apologetic, and he said we could either have our insurance company bill Eco for damages or he could refer us to a local body shop that would repair the damage for free.  When we contacted the body shop to schedule the repair, they said they would need the car for two days and would NOT provide a loaner or rental car.  We tried repeatedly to contact Eco to request a loaner or reimbursement for a rental car while our car was being repaired, but they never returned our calls.  Paying for a rental out of pocket didn’t seem fair, and so we decided to go through our insurance company to cover the repairs.  Unfortunately, our insurance company informed us we would have to pay our $500 deductible up front (even though we were not at fault) and would only get it back if Eco settled the claim with the insurance company.  It’s been several months since the repairs were done, and our insurance company is reporting that Eco won’t return their calls to settle the claim, and that Eco isn’t even insured.  We have also contacted Eco multiple times to sort this out and have never gotten a response.

It’s fine. Just fine. Good prices. I feel like your car gets soaped up for 4/5 of the time then a quick, weak rinse then a very quick dry. Sometimes my car still has soap on it and it’s never dry when done.

I went for the first time in a while today and was pleasantly surprised to speak with a gentleman at the kiosk about goals for the business, future expansions, and a decent deal on monthly wash packages. I left satisfied with a car that looked like it does after a fresh summer wash.

2nd time I have used this car wash with the same results. Always leaves the back filthy. Not worth the price with better car washes available!
