I think I got very good value from the place. My car wasn't perfect, but it was much much cleaner and the price was reasonable. Originally I was skeptical because I had seen negative reviews of this place, but I had a good experience and will go back again. Also, it's located in the basement to Whole Foods - I had trouble finding it.

First of all, they tell you lies about how your car is going to look like when the detailing is complete - shiny, clean and almost brand new. I am afraid, you will end up disappointed. My car was supposed to be "extremely detailed" for $200. Too much - right? But I thought it is worth it if they really deliver. This price included the rims, tires, interior and exterior body, the hood and the trunk. But I am not exaggerating when I tell you I would have been better off going to some place else, pay $50 and get the whole car nicely cleaned up. They promised to complete the job in 2 hours - it wasn't done even after 4 hours. The guy declared it is all done for me to find dust and completely untouched parts all over the car. For an additional 1 hour I had to show all the places they forgot to cleanup even though it was their job to do just that. They were very unprofessional, didn't have any idea of what a customer service should look like. My advice to you - please don't go to this place to get disappointed. I went to the Westfield Wheaton Mall, MD. But I know they have this business in many other malls.

If you'd like to be upsold to a "detail" job when you bring your car in for a wash, and get it back with black brake dust on the rims, streaks on the door panels, and dirt and dust laying about in plain sight in the center console, all while paying 3X what your normal wash service charges, then by all means use these guys. 
If you like value for money, look elsewhere.  I have never missed my old service with Kangaroo Car Care as mush as did when I picked my car up from these guys.

These people ruined the leather seats in my Acura. Huge water stains.  They claim to not use water, but the entire car is drenched inside when they are done.  Gave me $25 off next service and then said the stains were there before. No, They were not. Took it over to Capitol Shine in Bethesda, and they confirmed it was done by incorrectly treating the leather. Will not be using that cupon. Do yourself a favor, skip

This was my first proper detail, so I don't have a comparison point. I brought in a 7 passenger truck that had been abused by my kids, including stains that I highly doubted would come out. I was very happy to drive away with a vehicle that looked and felt almost as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot brand new. I will gladly use this company again.
