WORST PLACE EVER. I dropped my dress off and was very clear in what was expected. I was notified that my dress was ready to be picked up. I go pay and pick my dress up. I get the dress home and it had not been cleaned, nor had it been hemmed. It was dirtier than when I dropped it off! I took it back to the shop and was told that they would correct the issues. It has been over 2 weeks and I still do not have the dress back. Despite what their card says, ALL WORK IS NOT DONE ON SITE. I just want to pick my dress up and be refunded at this point and I cant even do that!
