We needed couple shelves for the house & we contacted this place about a month ago. So we tried this place & quickly learned why they have this top rated company. Starting from the receptionist lady to the specialist who came to our home for estimating and the guys who were at the office were truly nice and professional to the core. Even though, we weren't able to use their service, partly due to my mistakes, we really liked this company. The specialist guy named Dave really tried to help us. He was very easy to connect, always replied back to my texts and emails in timely matter. Very understanding and best in business. He is someone you'd wish he was your brother. I wish you guys the best!!!

Great product. Great people. On time and accessible. We ordered two closets for our master bedroom walk-in and reach-in closets. From the initial consultation, design and installations, the people who helped us were professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. The owner was also responsive and seems to be involved throughout the process which is great. Overall highly recommended!

We were adding an office space and storage to our guest bedroom, and I got designs and estimates from four different vendors. Eco-nize had the best of both worlds, and the salesperson was friendly and informative without being super high pressure, unlike many of the others. The team that came to do the installation was extremely professional, and they kept the area clean. We had the work done about a year and a half ago, and everything has held up really well. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have done my research to find a company that would build a closet for us. Eco-nize had really good reviews so we gave it a try and they certainly delivered. Scheduled appointments were always on time, our designer David worked with us to put together an amazing closet that perfectly fits our needs. He gave us several options to choose from and what I particularly enjoyed was that he wasn't a pushy salesman. He was constantly following up with us and delivered an amazing job as promised. I would use them again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have used Econize Closets to create smart storage solutions for one condo and one row home that, true to DC standards, seriously lacked viable closet space. We first contacted the owner, Noel, in 2008 to design and install smart-design closets for an ultramodern condo in DC that we had recently purchased. Noel was very accommodating of our hectic work schedules and met us in person at our new home. He brought innovative design ideas and was enthusiastic about helping us create postmodern storage systems using unconventional materials. The results were awesome. We had such an amazing experience with Noel and his team that we enlisted his help again in 2010 when we purchased a row home in DC. Noel and his team worked tirelessly to achieve a minimalist and urban aesthetic in an asymmetric space. Once again, the closets exceeded our expectations and complemented the "modern design in an old home" that we were going for. Noel and his team have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced with service providers. Noel and his team are so creative, genuine and professional that they have become my gold standard of customer service. They really are the best out there.
