Unprofessional and poor quality of service. Did not return phone calls, was very difficult to reach them. Also were not up front with their pricing; they raised the price during our booking.

First and foremost, I want to say I was exceptionally pleased with Joel's customer service and quick responses. I was in dire of need of a bus because I had a last minute cancelation from a different company. I completed a quote online and received a message back regarding my quote within minutes. This was awesome because I was still able to accommodate all of my guests and they never knew all of the hassle I had to go through. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. We weren't familiar with the area but he definitely provided good insight and made our experience a great one. Thanks Eco Ride and I look forward to working with you in the near future!

I have nothing positive to say about Eco Ride. They didn't read my emails fully, creating confusion. They raised prices halfway through the booking process. They were difficult, sometimes impossible, to get in touch with. They showed up an hour late. Overpriced and unprofessional. We will not using Eco Ride ever again.

They showed up quite late and stopped for donuts in the middle of driving us to our location. They were also hard to get a hold of and unprofessional in general.

I had a wonderful experience with Eco Ride, and will definitely use their services again. I placed my order for an activity bus, it arrived on time was with us for the entire night. The driver was pleasant and friendly as well. Everyone one had a wonderful time and felt the bus added very nicely to the experience, and expressed their interest in using Eco Ride’s service for their event.
