Stayed here 02/17/18 in room 105. It was a regular cheap looking hotel, nothing fancy which was totally okay since it was a quick stay just for sleep. The morning of the 18th I wake up to A BED BUG ON MY PILLOW! I killed it and checked for more but didn't really see anything else. Then after checkout at 11 i notice all of these itchy bites! I check my whole body, I have about 18 bites from these BED BUGS! How can they stay open when they are infested with bed bugs? I see I'm not the first complaint of bed bugs so they are well aware and obviously do not care. I will never stay there again.

Made a quick stop to get some rest while traveling. The price was great for what we needed. Service was excellent! The gentleman delivered extra towels and washcloths without us ever asking (the rooms had enough for 2 people, but we had 4 people). I appreciated his thoughtfulness! In the morning, they had an employee not only ensuring that the breakfast was plentiful and stocked, but he was quick to help clear and clean tables when customers finished. He was also quick in supplying us with a high chair - he must have noticed me looking around for one, because he had it before I even had a chance to ask. Everyone was just kind and social. It was a little dated, but they were starting small renovations. It was clean, but as with anything that's dated, it gave the appearance of unclean. Once they finish the updates, I suspect the ratings to go up. We very much enjoyed our quick stay!

Very poor customer service. The guy that works evening shift is extremely rude and uncaring toward his guests. He has appeared very stoned both times I have stayed here. He checked us in one week, and the next week refused us check in because I am 20. Be consistent with your policies. Housekeepers are very outgoing and friendly! Rooms are okay for the price you pay. Improve your guest agent's attitudes and you will receive more positive reviews.

Worst hotel service we ever experienced. Hotel maintenance came to fix our thermostat and help with a humming noise coming from our mini fridge, amongst some other broken items. Instead of him actually helping he expressed a very poor attitude and proceeded to tell me to go to the front desk and get my money back and leave. After driving 12 hours and it being dark, I really did not want to pack up and search for another hotel so we stayed, (our mistake). The next day I ate a crappy stale not so continental breakfast while the maintenance guy glared at us. I watched the manager walk in and saw him and the maintenance guy talk. I then went to talk to the manager about all of the issues we had experienced and before I could even finish he told me "I already heard about your night and you will NOT be getting your money back." Needless to say, I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a Hotel. The lack of cleanliness to the room was also a big negative. Do not stay at this disgusting monstrosity of a place.

Room was clean and affordable. Stopped by during winter and the heater made the room hot on the lowest setting. Had to turn it on and off through the night. Other than that, would recommend and stay again.
