Good room for the money.
Clean, beds were good, shower was great.
Close to good places to eat..
Breakfast was poor. Worst Sausage gravy I have ever had. OJ was watered down.

Soooo friendly! Rooms were clean and comfy cozy. Breakfast was standard but kept up... and the kids' favorites. The staff walked me to the ice machines to show me how they worked just to be sure I didn't have any more questions when asked. Even checkout was a friendly experience.

When found to have bed bugs, this hotel didn't comply with Choice Hotel authorities in resolving the matter. This was a huge disappointment plus I was  charged for a horrific experience as a loyal customer. Customer service was scripted and not satisfing for the matter of bed bugs.

No Internet, no TV, but hey it's a room! Not too bad otherwise. Very basic all around including breakfast and half pillows. Clean is the best positive. Asking for partial refund as no entertainment. Glad I brought a book.

Our handicapped room really wasn't set up for a handicapped person. It was musty smelling and the floor was soaked. Beds were clean and semi comfy. No road noise.
