Book online for a better rate. Quiet, clean, no frills hotel. Efficient and polite staff. Will choose this over most of the hotels in the South Fredericksburg area for the cost.

Clean enough for the price. Had hot water, clean towels and sheets but the tub was clogged up and the ac looked pretty beat up missing vanes and no exact temperature setting. If you're just on the road and staying the night or not looking for a luxurious but clean place to stay this will do.

Not bad needs more cleaning and attention to detail but its Fredericksburg so what can you say.   Just bring own towels and incense

Very nice noise free clean motel, also very cheap. Will be coming back here in the future.

Clean room, but very dated, no alarm clock, sink outside of room, close to restaurants, pleasant friendly and nice management!
