The room I was in was pretty clean. Everything was tidy. You can tell they allow smoking in some rooms. The entire building has that stale smoke smell. It isn't bad but I could see it being bad if you have never experienced it before. The lobby closes at 10 which is weird for me. Never seen that one before but if it is after 10 you can use the side doors. My room also did not get cleaned during the day. Not sure if that is normal or not but I am neutral on that topic. Sometimes I'd prefer for short stays to not have room service touch my room. All in all it is alright for a budget inn. It gets the job done and it isn't crazy sketchy. 4/5

We were riding on Silver Comet and stopped by Econo Lodge for a night. The hotel is very well maintained and people are friendly. Hotel is also bike friendly. The room was equipped with a microwave and a decent size fridge! Bed and pillow are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean too! Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 9am. It had real orange juice, whole milk and waffle maker. It's close to El Nopal, which is a very good Mexican restaurant with super awesome servers! Hotel check-in was a bit slow but there was sofa to sit at in the lobby. Very good price for the quality.

Great property. Very clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, staff was helpful and friendly.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke...very off-putting. Even our hotel room smelled like smoke. Smelling this upon walking into the hallway and room is very disgusting and off-putting. Immediately, I began to wonder that I made a poor decision in staying the night at this location. There were stains on the bathroom floor mats. We decided not use the hotel towels because of this. Thankfully we had brought some of our own. Taking the sheets off the bed we found little black specks...I'm not even sure what they were. It could have been ash from someone's cigarette. This made the stay uncomfortable. We were in town for a wedding. Most likely we will never be in this part of the country again and therefore won't be needing to stay at this particular hotel ever again. But chances are I consider other options than an Econo Lodge in the future. Thanks for whatever it's worth.

Best place to stay in Rockmart. Very clean, just not fancy. (Fancy is as fancy does). Rather have clean and nice than fancy and expensive.
