Room wasn’t terrible as I’ve stayed at a Choice hotel in the past. However...starting at 630 Sunday morning children were allowed to run up and down the halls screaming in an entirely booked hotel. I called to the desk several times up until we left for them to stop. Management didn’t care and shame on those parents for allowing their kids to do that. They also stuck us on an end unit which was less than desirable because we heard everyone coming and going, doors slamming throughout the night and also not what I had booked nor asked for. We chose this hotel specially for the game room. If you want to play pool, air hockey or ping pong be prepared with a roll of quarters as they can’t beak a $20 and the adjoining restaurant doesn’t have change. The cue ball is made from a hard plastic and the game room shuts down strictly at 9pm. By the time everything was said and done we would’ve had 30 min left, since no one knew anything apparently. Don’t waste your money here, spend $20 more and book at the Hilton up the road.

Very bad experience. Stay away. The 1st room we stay in had a moldy smell. Started to get sick. I couldn't stand the smell. They change our room. 2nd room had ants all over the floor. Woke up to take a shower no hot water. The lady in the front acted like I was making things up. The pool area also smell musty. My kids did not want to swin there due to the smell. They should have the pool and room tested for mold before someone gets sick.

Place is a dump if I could give a 0 I would . And the restaurant attached was horrible. The room was awful the floors felt like you could fall through them. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. The beds felt like you were sleeping on the ground. Sure the mattress is as old as the inn itself. GROSS PLACE

Great customer service! We loved our stay! The continental breakfast had a lot of things to choose from. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Winnie Grille lounge attached was awesome! The food was great.

Absolutely disgusting and deplorable conditions. Booked a room just for the purpose of showering since we'd been without power for 3 days due to a storm. Mold in bathroom on walls and ceiling. Showerhead was coated with some kind of disgusting substance. White towels had black stains pin them. Drain backed up and we were standing in 5 inches of water. It took longer for the tub to drain than our showers did. Awful smell of curry in lobby and hallways just permeated the place. Room were dark and the appointments were shoddy, mismatched and dated. I sent a letter to corporate the next day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.
