Checked into Econo Lodge in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga on Friday 9-1-17. Told them in was staying for 2 nights. On 9.2.17 I left to enjoy my day. Thankfully, not being the trusting sort, I took my belongings with me. When I returned that night my key card did not work. I went the lobby, which was closed, then used the outside "phone" to contact the employee. I was told my room was occupied by someone else. I would not trust this company. I intend to go to my bank on 9-5-17 to stop payment on this. Oh...I killed a large roach in my room.

This may be the nicest, most well-appointed of the dozens of Choice motels in which I have been a guest.. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is, the refrigerator was unplugged when I arrived, necessitating my crawling under the furniture to do so. But the room was clean and neat, the bathroom comfortable, The bed very cozy, and the staff polite and friendly. A gem for travelers overnighting in Suwanee, GA.

The hotel and room were clean and great. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Very good value. Overall the experience was great.

Decent place. Beds are comfy and staff are extremely helpful. One of our fridges were frozen and wouldn't cool beyond the build up of ice and there were several little cockroaches in the bathroom. I only stayed for 2 nights which this place is perfect for because I wouldn't want to stay another night.

I am currently staying here while in town for the Ironman world championship. I have killed 8 bugs in room#105 of which I know 5 we're roaches. After the first day here when I saw and killed 2 I told management and asked for room to be sprayed. We we're out all day and believed it to be done. But now doubt it was done. Other problems: peeling paint above shower, when use in room phone I can hear person on other end but they can not hear me. I let management know of this also and nothing done. Continuing.... Toilet seat loose. Do not provide Kleenex in holder. Breakfast consists of waffles, toast, few muffins, orange juice, coffee. If it wasn't for the fact we are leaving in the morning, I would be in another hotel. I do not do roaches..... Pray none goes home with me.
