The room was clean. That’s about all the positive I can come up with. The door to the bathroom would not close all the way, there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies and because there’s no carpet we had to listen to the “clip clop” of people in the room above us. The kicker, however, is the fact that once we finally got the door to lock...we couldn’t get it to unlock so we could leave! After a solid 15 minutes of pushing the door while turning the lock, pulling up and down on the handle and jiggling it with as much force as we could without breaking the handle, we caved in and called the front desk. The lady was nice, but seemed to think our situation was funny. She gave us tips on opening the door...from the outside! Doesn’t help when you are LOCKED INSIDE THE ROOM. The same thing happened the next morning while we were trying to leave the room to check out. After another 15-20 minutes we finally got the lock to disengage so we could open the door and leave. Upon leaving we informed the on duty desk clerk that it may be something they want to fix and got a simple “ok”. No apology or anything. All I can say is thank god there wasn’t an emergency (like a fire) because we would have been trapped. If you’re going to jack the prices up due to quilt week (paid 120 for a king bed room) then it may behoove you to fix these issues.

A very clean and well maintained hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and courteous. We did need a couple of extra pillows, and when we asked for them there were no problems and the staff gladly obliged our request. For a reasonably priced hotel you get the kind of service you could expect from a higher priced hotel.

Nice hotel. 62.00 for a Friday night. Clean room and hot water. Got what I paid for. All I wanted was a cheap bed at 2 am. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean, spacious room. Reasonably quiet. Large parking lot. Spartan accommodations. Great rate. Nearby Hardee's is sketchy.

Good place to stay.  Room was clean with newer furnishings.  Basic hotel for a great price.  Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highway.
Felt quiet and safe.  Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.  Will stay again.
