Called several times because this is the company our home warranty went with. The phone rings a million times before going to voicemail. 2 work orders were sent in and ahs (our home warranty company) left a message and still no word from econo rooter. Terrible customer service! Having ahs go with someone else!

Unbelievably frustrating customer service. This company never shows up when they say they'll be there and completely stood us up for an appointment! Do not go with them unless you expect to be completely dissatisfied.
