Rooms are remodeled. We had a nice big beautiful room with new carpet, paint, bathroom. Bedding was crisp and clean. We stayed for $70 when every hotel in the area was around $150 and booked. It's not in the best area but we felt safe.

Check-in / check-out process was very fast.  They have decent internet where my mobile network is not available.  We were party of FOUR and was surprised to see that 4 towels, required soaps/shampoos were already placed in the room.  This was never the case with more than 2 persons staying in other hotels I visited so far.  They had coffee maker which re freshened us in the morning.

This place is horrible. We had spiders and little worms crawling in our bathroom. I would recommend sleeping in my car before staying here.

It was ok.  The room was clean, the TV didnt work for Sh#&, but the wifi was fast. A little shady when I first pulled up, especially when I had to drive down a ways and behind another building to get to my room.

I rent here for last 3 years. Things change here only to better serve customers and improvements of the rooms. Family own business is very welcoming and their hospitality is outstanding.
