I rarely write reviews, but I feel my experience with Econopark Express deserves recognition. I parked my car at Econopark early on a Monday morning and returned Thursday afternoon to pick it up. My experience was very good. My shuttle service was prompt and the employees were polite. When I got back to the lot on Thursday I could not get in to my car. It turns out the battery was completely dead and not even the manual key would work. I spoke with the operations manager Joe Sperrazza and he asked one of their mechanics (sorry, forgot the name) to assist in opening my car and providing me with a jump start. The staff were very professional, never once did they seem to want to do anything but help me get back on the road. I am grateful for them going beyond expectations, which they did not have to do. I will definitely use Econopark Express in the future. Thank you!

My recent experience was almost identical to that expressed by Chris C. I returned to find my car blocked when management decided to double park cars. I was told the wait would be less than 5 minutes to move the car that was blocking mine. Instead it was almost 30 minutes and required me to flag down two drivers to remind them I was still waiting. This was pure greed, and a total lack of customer service by management. I clearly expressed my frustration to the exit attendant and said I wanted to speak with a manager. There were no cars behind me at that time. After about another 3-4 minutes of waiting for a manager, another car got in line behind me to exit. I told the attendant we'd sit there all night until I spoke with a manager. Things happened rapidly all of a sudden and I was offered a reduced charge by one day's worth. I was just eager to get out of there at that point and there was no need to hold up others, so I accepted it and never did speak to the manager. Any business that values its customers at all would have proactively offered an allowance to those who were blocked by double parking. I think it should be illegal to exceed their capacity, as it is for many other space bound facilities, due to safety concerns. I have been a frequent customer of Econopark Express for many years. However, I may use another vendor in the future, and I definitely will if I were to ever again experience the debacle I recently did.

Quick drop off and pick up, efficient, and courteous. These guys even quickly came out and jumped our car when we got home in the middle of the night and it was dead. We are so appreciative!

*updated review* happy experience the first time, but this time sat waiting a long time for the shuttle. Multiple shuttles from other long term parking places came and went. When ours finally arrived they couldn't get everyone on board. The driver said things were slow due to an accident, but that didn't explain why the other companies were still able to have multiple shuttles come through before them. As we left the driver pointed out the shuttle to prove his point, but it was one of their shuttlea that had rear ended another car.

Comparibly priced. Little further than the other long term parking. Driver's were efficient, helpful and friendly.
