Poor customer service. Short responses to questions, seemed irritated about said questions. The kid looks like he doesn't want to be there half the time and we waited around 5 minutes before anyone that worked there even came out.

Told us of a hot bite, location, and how to's. Was spot on! Many bait shop's give you a general report but their's was very specific.

Dishonesty told us that we couldn't get the native side fishing license on a Saturday and having a bad attitude will never go there again

Poor service, VERY small scoops of bait.  The fatheads looked like Crappie minnows.  Bait was given to me in a plastic pint cup.  Charged 6 dollars for the equivalent of 1 small scoop of minnows.  Overhyped, won't be going back.
