Super friendly and professional. The store itself is elegant and clean. I got an engagement ring resized there that had a bit more of a complicated band. It fit perfectly after and they cleaned it free of charge. Would definitely go back in the future if I wanted to get anything else resized or purchase fine jewelry!

We are not familiar with jewellers, always concerned about money, so we were a bit nervous going in. My mom's personalized jewellery had lost a stone, she had been looking for over a year in Europe to replace it with a matching stone. We had a great time chatting with the people there. They spent so much time to get it just right. The installation took some time and while we waited spoke with the staff. I did look around, there are some real nice pieces there. No pressure! A pearl necklace that I had bought a half year ago could have been had cheaper in larger size from this store.
When it was all done my mom got emotional since after all her time searching it was done so well here, in such a relaxed manner.
I'll be sure to make this store my first stop next time I buy something nice. I already have my eye on an amber necklace. And in the fall my mom will hand me a gold antique heirloom that she wants to have repaired in this store.

Very nice variety to satisfy different tastes. They give reasonable pricing without the stress of 'haggling'. I had my two boys with me and they were definitely not sitting still.  Not only was the staff very nice to them, they also helped with keeping them busy and they never made me feel like I should hurry up and leave.  Definitely great customer service with no pressure to buy!
