I called to see if they could order a specific scented candle and the lady was rude and didn't offer to even see if they would have it in the future.

The customer service there was amazing.  They called me and let me know there was a small problem with my order and I forgot to call them right away and they were very responsive to ensure that my order made it to its destination on time.
