Great place for a long walk with its four-mile paved path. The dog museum and shop is here too along with a large community center building and St. Louis County's dog park. I've walked here frequently, and gone to a book fair in the Queeny Recreation Center building. I have attended some events at the dog museum which is a nice facility.

Love walking the long trail. Very dog friendly. People are always so nice here.

Playground has really gone down hill. It's huge and still has some of the cool old tunnels, but the fine gravel is impossible to chase a toddler on. Needs to be updated. Walking trails are gorgeous!

When nearby, I usually run in this park. If you run early in the morning, you will get your escape for civilization with sights of deer, cranes, beautiful plant life accompanied by the orchestra of cicadas, crickets, and frogs. Peaceful and beautiful. Also has grassland parks, dog museum, and possibly horses as well. If you have a chance, check out this park
