Called Edgar to get them to come out to fix my garbage disposal since their sticker is on the unit. It was installed in 2007. I also wanted to get an estimate to replace two simple bathroom faucets for the kids bathroom. They called me back and told me that our unit was 'probably' under warranty and i should call the manufacturer to talk to them and that it was not worth their time to come out to look at it. I told them I tried to troubleshoot the unit myself and I could not find any tripped circuits or anything else around the house. There was no offer to come out regardless, it was just not worth their time. I was not asking them to come out for free. And if i wanted to faucets done, they would charge anywhere from 250-300 each to install. 600 for two simple faucets! No thank you Edgar.
