Our mission is to provide exceptional veterinary medical care and client service in an unhurried, friendly, and professional manner. We are a family-style practice that enjoys taking the time to get to know our patients and clients alike. We emphasize a team approach with the veterinary staff, client and patient, based on mutual trust, cooperation, courtesy, consideration and compassion. Communication and transparency is at the heart of our core values. Our practice philosophy is based on client service, which includes taking the time to thoroughly explain medical disease, preventive care, all test results, and providing options for the pet care provider, including an estimate of charges. By doing this we strive to provide all the necessary information so that our clients can make the best informed decisions for the medical care of their pet. As animal lovers ourselves, we recognize the special relationship people have with their pets. By emphasizing client education and pet advocacy, and by forging lasting relationships with our clients, we hope to support the welfare of animals and the human-animal bond.
