Always clean. Great food court. Love sand sculptures throughout year.  Good variety of stores.  They always have interesting showcases along walking isles for patrons to see.  Local talent showing thier work and services.  Stores are always more than 90 percent full and open. Love the sand sculptures that are there periodically.  Some merchants along middle walking isles are a little aggressive at times but have been getting better.

I did some shopping for shirts to go fishing in and found some great deals. But what got me was- When I first walked in, it looked as it was small but as you walk through, it's like the inside of an ant mound (as shown on t.v.) a nice sized mall if you like walking it's the place to go.

I LOVE THIS MALL!!! Edgewater offers so many options to choose from. It's a beautiful mall as well. My daughter is an avid reader and she went into the Million and one bookstore and I literally had to pull her out(we were there on a school trip.)I Love this mall so much that I have to come back... I didn't get to go into maybe 2 stores! So yes...I'LL BE BACK!!!

The mall is under construction for a new theater, the food is condensed into one food court instead of spread out, there are small places and chains, and you can expect your typical mall stores like Francesca’s, Justice, and Victoria Secret. People fail to realize big business is filing bankruptcy everywhere, but this mall is one of the last ones to keep those locations like Sears and Wet Seal till the very end because they were the most profitable here. You can’t blame the “mall” for empty slots. This mall did stay in the running the longest to keep those places around.

I love this mall. Its always clean and nice there arent many stores though it is a big mall but not many stores are open in there its not dangerous you could take kids here there are a lot of stores to buy clothes but not many other kind of stores it’s basically just a clothing mall all of the workers are very very nice and i go here often i would recommend it
