DO NOT purchase a prepaid lot. They will find a way to take your money! Payment arrangements were made and several payments made. They did not even offer a refund. We paid full price with no discount. It's quite obvious that people will return when it's time to use the plot and if there's a problem, you shouldn't just take their money. There should at least be some sort of credit based on the payments that were made.
