Very disappointed and now have to sue to have our home fixed. Within the first year we had cracks in the walls and doors that would not shut. Cosmetic fixes and soon the cracks reappeared. Another offer to fix it with paint and drywall but not to get to the root cause of the issue and their insurance wanted us to sign off everything is good to avoid further fixes.  Brought an engineer in from Denver, more cracks.  Happy to have you tour our home to see the issues. It has had nothing done as the dispute has escalated.  Some sample pictures you can see we have cabinets coming out of the bulkheads, cracks and nail pops in walls, painters that missed areas all over the home substituting a cheaper paint.

Mike and Steve are great! Edgewood Construction has built two homes for us in Durango, both homes were finished on time and under budget!
