For most I know, this is one of the popular parks in the neighborhood. A lot of children come here for the water sprinkler. It's a very eventful place as well. The community just doesn't keep the park maintenance up.

Community center where kids hang out after school monday through Friday. It's usually ok but the area itself is questionable. I've personally never had a problem at this park so far.
