HAVE THE PERSON YOU ORDER FOR CHECK THEIR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!! I ordered my first surprise for my sister online. I chose for her to pick up. After she picked up the ordered I asked her if she liked everything and she didn't get everything that I paid for. I tried to call the store directly and they did not pick up so I decided to call corporate to get a refund. Corporate sent a ticket to this location and first they couldn't find my entire order. I gave my confirmation number and have the location on my ticket and they still acted like they couldn't find it. I'm thinking to myself first you couldn't even give a complete order out and now you act like you can't find my order. Next time I want to surprise my sister and I won't be ordering from here being that they couldn't get the order right and act like they can't refund something that I paid for that she didn't get.

They were wonderful except for the box that holds the Arrangements I almost dropped it so many times because it wobble it was really bad to drive with other than that it was really really good. Even when I went to put it in the car and going out the door I almost drop it. Need to do better on that card board box that’s holds it. The pot it was in was not edible they should have  made it  with a pineapple or something but very nice.

At this point AFTER receiving the WORST customer service and reading these horrible reviews I really don’t even know if this is even worth making mine just to add to the terrible experiences that this store clearly displayed. 

To make my story short I came to the store around 2pm and asked about the in-store edible dipped fruit that was SUPPOSED to be already made in the store. As I’m asking about it, a copper-head employee, is very obnoxiously cussing on the phone with who I’m assuming is the store manager IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS...I still stay and place an order (EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS CLEARLY A SIGN THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM) for 3 Cones of dipped fruit. The employee that rings me up says come back between 5-5:30 and they’ll be ready for you! 

I come back between that time for the employee mentioned above to tell me FIRST it was “oh I threw any fruit left away” then after I say in shock “you threw my fruit away?” She goes “oh well no I mean not your fruit, I didn’t even know anything about this order!” I look at her in shock and in annoyance!!!!!!!! My time was wasted & the only thing she did was say “oh well let me give you a refund!” No remorse for the issue, simply excuses being made for the error. 

It’s unfortunate that you cant support businesses like this simply off the unprofessional. It’s safe to say I wouldn’t waste my time again going to this location because CLEARLY they can’t get it right! I’m thoroughly annoyed just writing this!

Edible Arrangements is amazing! They have some delivery drivers who go the extra mile to make sure the arrangements are delivered. The people in the store are very friendly! Fruit is always fresh! Never had an issue to date

Ordered delivery here for Valentine’s Day (yesterday) and my gift still has not arrived. Their delivery fee will cost you quite a bit while also being a total mess. Just don’t do it. Find a cheaper local place instead that won’t route you to a corporate call center with atrocious hold advertisements when trying to figure out why your product isn’t being delivered. I’m extremely disappointed with my service.
