I ordered a few items from this location they exceed my expectations every time.

I had place an order for a birthday surprise. I ordered 3 items and only 2 of the items made it. The next day I called and spoke with someone and he said he would have the missing item delivered. I waited a day and no delivery. I called back and the same person I spoke with said he had it sent out. Apparently not, at where we were staying they note any deliveries to the property. Nothing was delivered, then he said he would speak with the driver and call me back the next day. No call, basically I was robbed of $15. They like to go around in circles. I gave up. I'll never order from this place again.
