Highly Dissatisfied With The Service I Am Receiving From Edible Arrangements At The Oak Park Location! I Called The Store Monday To Place An Order To Pick Up For Mothers Day And Paid For A Specific Arrangement I Wanted. The Next Day I Received A Call 10 Mins Before The Store Was Closing Being Informed That The Arrangement I Had Order And Paid For Will Not Be Able To Get Made Being That They Are Only Making Two Arrangements For Mothers Day😡 (Why Wait So Late To Contact A Customer To Discuss This Matter Of An Issue?)They Take Your Money And Try To Offer You Alternative Selections That Isnt Half Way Similar To The Product You Wanted!!!!
I Can See If I Place The Order Online Then I Would Be More Understanding Of The Issue But Being That I Called In  To Place My Order The Representative  Not Once Made Me Aware Of Anything! However For Me To Get The Specific Arrangement I Want I Have To Pick It Up Tomorrow Which Is (3 Days Before Mothers Day)Very Inconsiderate!!!! I Will Never Come Back Here Again Or Refer Anyone To This Location!

My children buys my mother and birthday gift from here.  Always good and always fresh.  TIP:  save the delivery charge and pick it up from here

Exceptional customer service!  I initially called regarding  an arrangement which I thought was not delivered (which did not turn out to be the case), and the staff as well as the manager were very helpful, immediately investigated the issue, and although did not have to, prepared a new beautiful arrangement. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted with a smile and delicious samples.   I later discovered that the initial order was in fact delivered.  I then called regarding the second arrangement.  I was told not to worry and that everyone wished my grandma (who was in a hospital) well.  Both arrangements were beautiful and delicious!
