Ordered an arrangement at 7:30AM (Monday August 7, 2017) hoping it would be delivered sometime in the late morning, early afternoon. At 3:45 I called and spoke with a "David" and was told it will go out as soon as the driver returns because he had to drive to San Diego, meaning it most likely would not be delivered until around 4:30PM, just in time for my clients company to close. He asked if we would like to reschedule the delivery for today (8/8/17) which I agreed and was thankful for. David informed me that he could get it delivered by 10AM and I would receive an e-mail confirmation as such - GREAT, except I never received that e-mail. I called today (8/8) at 11:20 to confirm delivery and spoke with "David" again. I was then instructed that it will be delivered after 12 because that's what time the driver comes in... I questioned why then did you tell me it would be delivered by 10AM. Answer: because the driver comes in at 10AM on Monday & Wednesday... Ok great, BUT today is Tuesday and you told me that you would have it delivered by 10AM today (Tuesday August 8, 2017)... Response from David after coping an attitude, "Ok, would you like to cancel your order?" No David... I would like my order (that I've already paid for yesterday) delivered when you tell me it’s going to be delivered... I asked for the Manager or Supervisor but was told he/she was not there. Business 101: Say you're going to do something then do it...

Will not do business with this store. First time they racially discriminated against me. 2nd time my wife ordered on line and they lied that they tried to deliver but had not. Took hours on phone to get not fresh arrangement delivered

I used Edible Arrangements for the first time this week and was very impressed with the store at this location on all accounts. The salesperson (Malani) who assisted me with my order was very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I requested a special delivery time and was informed that, although it couldn't be assured, they would give it their best effort. The following day the arrangement arrived within 5 minutes of the time I'd requested...thanks much! My girlfriend was very pleased with the presentation of the piece and thought the fruit was delicious. I definitely recommend this location to anyone considering making an order.

Placed an order on 2/09 for Valentines Day delivery. It wasn't delivered on time and the office closed. Called the store and was told someone will call me back so we can make arrangements. Waited for over 2 hours and never got a call back. At past 7pm and I tried to call again, their office is now closed. Very disappointed. It was my first time ordering and with this experience I will never do business with this company again. It is Valentines Day and I am here explaining to my wife why she didn't get anything from me. What a business. Quick to take your money but does not deliver. People BEWARE! I should have listened to the reviews.
