February 9th I went into Edible Arrangements to order my wife a delicious Daisy for Valentine's Day and my pickup was at 9 o'clock on Valentine's Day when I get there my order was not ready I took off work on my break to pick up the order and then make it so bad they did not have my order made at all so I have to wait so I didn't want to wait so the manager came out and said well we can give you some candy and a bear and a balloon so I said okay I'm thinking that the candy is going to be good well my wife did not like the candy she said that the candy was nasty so please do not order from these people these people are rude and not professional thank you for making my wife's Valentine's Day a bad bad day.. and me looking like a fool..

Consistently rude service over the phone and in person for the duration of my order, which was more than $150 for 2 fruit arrangements.

today i tried to place a order for delivery the lady who answers the phone was very rude as i and told me that delivery time cuts off at 2 pm let me mind you it was only 150 pm and she said they were closing soon and on the website says 5 pm i then asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager was out doing the delivery's so i asked for her name  and she  hung up on me i am a regular customer and i am not very happy i did make a complaint with corporate as well poor customer service that is not how you treat customers.
