Over an hour late and definitely not going back! For the price I paid...I would expect better service!

I ordered a boxed fruit arrangement. The order was wrong. I guess I should have looked at it before leaving but it was all tied together. I love Edible Arrangements but not sure if I'll go back to this store again.

I ordered an arrangement to be completed by 11 am. I showed up 15 min early. I totally understood it wouldn't be complete until exactly 11. Sat in my car for 15. Went back in and the girl came out and told me "it's going be 10 more mins at least". I told her that wasn't going to work because I had an appt I could NOT be late for and I needed to take this as a gift. Her reply was "well we only have so much room in the fridge. Sorry. You'll have to deal with it". I spoke to the manager who is VERY young and didn't seem to care. I ended up having to leave and come back AFTER my appt to pick up my gifts and deliver after the fact. I asked the Mgr to have the owner please call me. She said she would had 3 weeks later haven't received a call yet. Won't do business with this location again. I order a few edible arrangements a year too. So this really let me down.

1-2-16 The girl there was not helpful, sounded like she was bother by me calling. Was not able to anwser any of my questions sounding clueless and said she was the only one in the store when I asked to speak to a manager. Couldn't even get a est time for the delivery, so missed taking my wife out to lunch cause we are waiting for it to arrive....cause they only attempt once. When I asked If I could just pick it up she stumbled through the response like she didn't want to be bothered by me coming in. Totally unprofessional and unwilling to help a customer on his wife's Birthday. Will not recommended this branch to anyone. But still like edible arrangements in general.
