Edible Arrangements® 1301 in Reno, Nevada first opened in December 2011. Ever since, we’ve been helping people in our local community celebrate. Ordered a drink and several minutes later it spills all over the floor. Went back to request that they KINDLY please make a new one - answer was no, NOT OUR problem, refused to do anything but supposedly call their store manager and then after that supposed conversation, hand over their corporate number. Next...Called corporate, talked about all of this, they said we would get an email from the store...oh that's so helpful. So then after asking for a supervisor again, the agent in supposedly corporate affairs actually took 15 minutes of my time and called the store and talked to the store employee....who then said that we were passing the drink back and forth. I never let go of the drink!! All of this instead of solving the issue - this is brilliant customer service over a $5 drink. Really? A drink worth about .25 cents... Yet they offer ANYONE $5 off for signing up for an email. Wow, this is GREAT customer service!!!!!! No wonder they have 2 star reviews on their site. I can see why now. I would never kibbitz over someone spilling a drink - much less a child that's only 4. Why not just remake the drink???? NEVER going to step foot in here again and will tell everyone how rude they were to us.

**IF YOU ARE THINKING OF HAVING A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED FROM THIS SHOP PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE** On May 8th I placed an online order for a mothers day arrangement which in my family we celebrate on May 10th. I called and spoke to a girl at 11a.m. on the 10th just to confirm the order again, and she said it was on its way to deliver, I was happily surprised since they do have fine print that says "no guaranteed times of delivery". At 2p.m. I texted my mom and she said she had not received anything so I called again just to see where they were at on their delivery schedule and mostly bcs the girl did tell me it was on its way to be delivered. This different girl said "yeah its on its way now, we are just really busy". At 5p.m. I headed over to my moms house to take her out to dinner but to my surprise when I got there the arrangement had still not arrived! Once again, I called the shop and this time they said it was "in transit", I asked what that meant and the girl said "it's in the car and on its way", two hours later 7p.m. (now 7:30 p.m. that I'm writing this) my moms arrangement had still not arrived, I have since called the manager Felipe who was just argumental w me when I told him how upset I was bcs my mom had literally spent the whole day waiting for this arrangement and that we had dinner plans to get to, he mostly kept referring to the policy about "no guaranteed times of delivery" and a lot of excuses like they had too many deliveries {then hire more delivery guys if u know u are too busy!}...I explained that it was mostly the fact that they had lied to me and had taken up my moms day waiting on something that never arrived and that I personally thought that 7, 8 p.m. was unacceptable delivery times, I'm pretty sure most ppl don't want to receive a mothers day arrangement at 8 p.m. especially a mothers day gift for an older lady. Basically the manager just argued w me and had no empathy but he did agree to refund my money and cancel the arrangement which I honestly am not sure would have ever arrived and I have yet to see if I get my refund. I am completely disheartened, my mom looked so sad, this shop really did ruin my mothers day. If you're thinking of placing an order at this McCarran location for a special occation please ask yourself if its ok that your special person gets there delivery at 8 p.m. or maybe even 9 p.m., it's not ok Felipe! I know your policies say "no guaranteed time" but you know darn well no one wants a delivery that late and you should do better for your customers who spend hundreds on these arrangements! I will never order from here again.

On Valentine's Day, I came home from school (I am a teacher). My husband asked, "Didn't you get anything at school?" I replied with a small laugh, "No." When he called, the lady replied, "Oh, you wanted those delivered? They are still here." So, my husband went to the store to PICK UP and he said it was a crazy place. Many people complaining about the same problem. Fruit was good, but I will never buy from them. It was Valentine's Day, be prepared for the mad rush or do not offer the delivery service. OH, and they wanted to charge him for the delivery. Luckily, he payed attention and say the charge and that's when they removed it. Fruit was good though.

Got the "Birthday Wish-tini" with a "Happy Birthday" balloon for my BBF that lives in Reno, NV for her 60+ Birthday! LOVED, LOVED LOVED IT! Besides being just a beautiful piece of art, the fruit was fresh and delicious! Wish I could have been there. Thank you Edible Arrangements in Reno! (I had to call you and thank you personally-Phillippe, is whom I spoke with I believe) Would highly recommend them!

I called to see if they had any chocolate covered strawberries available for pickup, And was rudely told that they were not taking any more orders for the day.
